​203K Loans allow qualified Buyers to finance the Purchase Price + the Renovation/Repair Costs, in one, low interest FHA-backed mortgage loan. The FHA currently has two 203K Loan Programs; Full 203K (Standard) Loan or Streamline 203K.  


Full 203K (Standard) Overview: 

Minimum repair/renovation of $5000.  
Maximum Purchase Price + Renovation Costs up to current FHA Loan Limits.  

Finance up to 6 months of mortgage payments if the home is not habitable during the renovation.  

Great options for rehabillitation, major remodeling or additions.  


Streamline 203K Overview: 

Maximum repair/renovation of $35,000.

Subject to the current FHA Loan Limits.  

Great options for smaller renovation/remodel projects.
